What's not to love about Battleship? It uses memory, logic, strategy, and will appeal to kids from around age 8 or 10 and up, as well as adults. And who doesn't derive some secret pleasure in being able to proclaim that classic line, "You sank my battleship!" And now, being able to play it on the road (I remember infernally long car trips as a kid!), well that makes it all the better. And with the outrageous high costs of most board games, you save a few bucks, too. Give it a try!

Here is another version of a Milton Bradley game that has stood the test of time. Kids love it and teachers are using Battleship in grades 4 - 6 to teach the ideas and concepts of coordinates. The traveling version is easy for kids to carry and store in the backseat of the vehicles.
